1 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 tablespoons minced, peeled fresh ginger root
1 small onion
1/2 rib of celery
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds (or Tahini)
1/2 tablespoon ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
Blend it all together- Adding a carrot also works.
